Ingredients

  • 24 oz silken tofu
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup preserved radish, finely chopped
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/3 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chili oil

Directions

  1. 1Warm the silken tofu gently in a covered saucepan for 3–4 minutes.
  2. 2Stir soy sauce and sesame oil together in a small bowl.
  3. 3Spoon the warm tofu into serving bowls without breaking it up excessively.
  4. 4Drizzle each bowl with the soy-sesame mixture.
  5. 5Top with preserved radish, green onions, and peanuts.
  6. 6Finish with chili oil and serve immediately.

💡 Heat silken tofu gently; boiling it hard causes the delicate curds to tighten and release water.
