Ingredients
- •24 oz silken tofu
- •3 tbsp soy sauce
- •1 tsp sesame oil
- •1/4 cup preserved radish, finely chopped
- •3 green onions, sliced
- •1/3 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- •2 tbsp chili oil
Directions
- 1Warm the silken tofu gently in a covered saucepan for 3–4 minutes.
- 2Stir soy sauce and sesame oil together in a small bowl.
- 3Spoon the warm tofu into serving bowls without breaking it up excessively.
- 4Drizzle each bowl with the soy-sesame mixture.
- 5Top with preserved radish, green onions, and peanuts.
- 6Finish with chili oil and serve immediately.
💡 Heat silken tofu gently; boiling it hard causes the delicate curds to tighten and release water.
