Scrambled Eggs with Peppers and Onions

- •1 medium bell pepper, diced
- •1 medium onion, diced
- •6 large eggs
- •2 tablespoons butter
- •1/4 cup whole milk
- •1/2 teaspoon salt
- •1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- •1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- 1Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2Add diced onions and bell peppers, sauté for 4-5 minutes until softened, then remove and set aside.
- 3In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- 4Add remaining butter to the skillet over medium-low heat.
- 5Pour in egg mixture and let cook undisturbed for 30 seconds, then gently stir and push eggs toward the center as they cook.
- 6When eggs are almost set but still slightly wet, add the cooked peppers and onions and fold together.
- 7Cook for another 30 seconds until eggs are creamy and set, then serve immediately.
