Ingredients
- •3 cups all-purpose flour
- •1 1/4 cups warm water
- •1 tsp instant yeast
- •1 tsp salt
- •3 tbsp sesame oil
- •1/2 cup sesame seeds
- •6 eggs
- •4 green onions, sliced
- •1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
- 1Mix flour, yeast, half the salt, and warm water into a smooth dough and rest for 30 minutes.
- 2Divide into six pieces, roll each thin, brush with sesame oil, and fold into layered rounds.
- 3Press sesame seeds onto the tops and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15 minutes.
- 4Beat eggs with green onions and remaining salt.
- 5Cook the eggs in vegetable oil as a thin omelette and cut into six portions.
- 6Split each hot shaobing and fill with a portion of scallion omelette.
