Sheet Pan Salmon with Asparagus
Perfectly roasted salmon fillets and tender asparagus seasoned with lemon and garlic, ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- •4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- •1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
- •3 tablespoons olive oil
- •4 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 lemon, sliced
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- •1 teaspoon dried dill
- •1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- 2Toss asparagus with 1.5 tablespoons olive oil, half the garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread on one side of the sheet pan.
- 3Roast asparagus for 8 minutes, then remove from oven.
- 4Place salmon skin-side down on the other side of the pan. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and top with remaining garlic, dill, paprika, salt, and pepper. Arrange lemon slices on top.
- 5Return sheet pan to oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
- 6Serve hot with lemon wedges and pan juices drizzled over top.
