Shrimp Scampi Pasta
Succulent garlic and white wine-infused shrimp tossed with al dente pasta and finished with fresh lemon and parsley.

Ingredients
- •1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- •1 pound linguine or spaghetti
- •6 cloves garlic, minced
- •4 tablespoons butter
- •3 tablespoons olive oil
- •½ cup dry white wine
- •2 lemons, juiced
- •¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- •to taste Salt and black pepper
- •¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- 1Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and reserve 1 cup pasta water.
- 2Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 minutes per side until they begin to turn pink.
- 4Deglaze the pan with white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits; simmer for 2 minutes.
- 5Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss gently, adding pasta water as needed to create a light sauce.
- 6Remove from heat, stir in fresh parsley, adjust seasoning, and serve immediately.
