Directions

  1. 1Cook sorghum according to package directions (typically 45-60 minutes), then drain and set aside.
  2. 2Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
