Stir-Fried Cabbage with Garlic and Soy

Ingredients

- •2 dried red chilies, whole
- •3 green onions sliced into 1-inch pieces

Directions

- 2Add dried chilies and minced garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3Add the sliced cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, tossing frequently until it begins to soften.
- 4Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and vegetable broth, then stir well to combine.
- 5Continue stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crispy at the edges.
