Ingredients
- •1 1/2 lb lotus root, peeled and thinly sliced
- •2 tbsp vegetable oil
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
- •1 tbsp soy sauce
- •1 tsp granulated sugar
- •3 green onions, sliced
Directions
- 1Soak the sliced lotus root in cold water for 5 minutes, then drain and dry.
- 2Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- 3Stir-fry the lotus root for 4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- 4Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- 5Add black vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar and toss for 1 minute.
- 6Finish with green onions and serve immediately.
