Stir-Fried Water Spinach with Garlic

Ingredients
- •1 lb water spinach, cut into 2-inch pieces
- •6 cloves garlic, minced
- •3 tbsp soy sauce
- •1 tbsp oyster sauce
- •1 tsp sesame oil
- •1/2 tsp sugar
- •2 tbsp vegetable oil
- •2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
- •1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- •1/4 cup water
Directions
- 1Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until shimmering.
- 2Add minced garlic and sliced garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3Add the water spinach pieces and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- 4Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and water, stirring constantly.
- 5Add red pepper flakes and toss everything together for another 1-2 minutes.
- 6Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then serve immediately while hot.
