Ingredients
- •1 pound pizza dough or thawed frozen dough
- •6 ounces sliced pepperoni
- •6 ounces sliced Italian ham or capicola
- •8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- •1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- •1/2 cup sliced onions
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •2 tablespoons olive oil
- •1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- •1 egg, beaten
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2Roll out pizza dough into a 12x10 inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- 3Layer pepperoni, ham, mozzarella, roasted peppers, onions, and garlic on the dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
- 4Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, then tightly roll the dough into a log starting from the long side and seal the edges by pinching.
- 5Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and drizzle with olive oil.
- 6Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- 7Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
