Stuffed Mushrooms
Tender mushroom caps filled with a savory mixture of cream cheese, garlic, and herbs, then baked until golden and delicious.

Ingredients
- •1 pound large mushrooms
- •8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- •1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- •2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- •2 tablespoons butter, melted
- •1/4 teaspoon salt
- •1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F. Clean mushrooms and remove stems, then brush caps with melted butter and arrange on a baking sheet.
- 2Mix softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- 3Spoon the cream cheese mixture generously into each mushroom cap.
- 4Combine breadcrumbs with remaining melted butter and sprinkle over the tops of the stuffed mushrooms.
- 5Bake for 20-25 minutes until mushrooms are tender and the filling is heated through and lightly golden on top.
- 6Cool for 2 minutes before serving.
