Ingredients

- •2 tbsp cayenne pepper

- •2 tbsp vegetable oil
- •2 tbsp lime juice
- •1 tsp salt
- •1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
- 1Mix peanut butter, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, ginger, oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
- 2Coat beef cubes thoroughly with the marinade and let sit for 20 minutes.
- 3Thread marinated meat onto metal or wooden skewers (pre-soak wood skewers for 30 minutes).
- 4Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
- 5Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes, until meat is cooked through and charred.
- 6Serve hot with sliced onions, tomatoes, and lime wedges on the side.
