Swedish Pancakes (Plättar)

Ingredients

Directions

- 2Whisk eggs and milk together, then add to flour mixture with melted butter and vanilla.
- 3Stir until smooth, letting batter rest for 5 minutes.
- 4Heat butter in a non-stick skillet or plättar pan over medium-high heat.
- 5Pour small amounts of batter to make thin pancakes, cooking about 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
- 6Stack pancakes on a plate as they cook.
