- •2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two 8-inch round cake pans.
- 2Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- 3Beat sweet potato puree, oil, and granulated sugar together, then add eggs and vanilla extract.
- 4Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined and divide batter between prepared pans.
