- •2 large eggs

Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake sweet potatoes for 45 minutes until tender, then cool and peel.
- 2Mash the cooked sweet potatoes with butter until smooth, then mix in milk and cream.
- 3Stir in sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until well combined.
