Taco Salad
A crispy tortilla bowl filled with seasoned ground beef, fresh vegetables, and topped with cheese and sour cream for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients
- •1 lb ground beef
- •2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- •6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- •1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- •1 cup corn
- •1 cup black beans, drained
- •1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- •4 tortilla shells or crispy tortilla bowls
- •1/2 cup sour cream
- •1/2 cup salsa
Directions
- 1Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning with 1/4 cup water, then simmer for 2 minutes.
- 3In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, corn, and black beans.
- 4Divide the salad mixture into tortilla shells or bowls.
- 5Top each salad with the seasoned ground beef and shredded cheese.
- 6Serve with a dollop of sour cream and salsa on the side.
