Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients
- •4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- •1/4 cup soy sauce
- •3 tablespoons mirin
- •2 tablespoons brown sugar
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- •1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- •1 tablespoon olive oil
- •1 teaspoon cornstarch
- •2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- •2 green onions, sliced
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange salmon fillets skin-side down.
- 2In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and cornstarch until combined.
- 3Brush the teriyaki glaze over the salmon fillets, reserving some for basting.
- 4Drizzle salmon with olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and the glaze caramelizes.
- 5Remove from oven and brush with remaining glaze, then garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
