Three Bean Salad

Ingredients
- •1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- •1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
- •1 can (15 oz) wax beans, drained
- •1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- •1 large red bell pepper, diced
- •½ cup white vinegar
- •⅓ cup vegetable oil
- •¼ cup granulated sugar
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- 1In a large bowl, combine the drained kidney beans, green beans, and wax beans.
- 2Add the sliced red onion and diced red bell pepper to the beans.
- 3In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 4Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and stir gently until all ingredients are coated.
- 5Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.
