Toffee Cookies

Ingredients
- •1 cup butter, softened
- •3/4 cup granulated sugar
- •3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- •2 large eggs
- •2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- •2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- •1 teaspoon baking soda
- •1/2 teaspoon salt
- •1 1/2 cups toffee bits
- •1 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream together butter and both sugars until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- 2Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- 3In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
- 4Fold in toffee bits and chocolate chips.
- 5Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- 6Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- 7Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
