Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups toffee bits
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream together butter and both sugars until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. 2Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
  4. 4Fold in toffee bits and chocolate chips.
  5. 5Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  6. 6Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
  7. 7Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
