Tofu and Pork Stir-Fry
A savory Asian stir-fry combining crispy tofu and tender pork with vegetables in a rich soy-ginger sauce.

Ingredients
- •14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- •12 oz pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- •1 medium onion, sliced
- •2 cups broccoli florets
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- •3 tablespoons soy sauce
- •1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- •1 teaspoon sesame oil
- •1/2 cup chicken broth
Directions
- 1Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 2Add remaining oil to the wok and stir-fry pork slices until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 3Add onion and broccoli to the wok, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- 4Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 5Add bell pepper and cook for 1 minute.
- 6Return tofu and pork to the wok. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chicken broth.
- 7Toss everything together and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce coats the ingredients and vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 8Serve hot over steamed rice.
