Turkey and Vegetable Stir-Fry
A quick and healthy dinner with tender turkey and colorful vegetables in a savory soy-ginger sauce.

Ingredients
- •1.5 lbs turkey breast, sliced thin
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- •1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- •2 cups broccoli florets
- •1 cup snap peas
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- •3 tablespoons soy sauce
- •1 tablespoon sesame oil
- •1 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions
- 1Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Cook the turkey slices until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 2Add remaining oil to the wok and stir-fry the broccoli and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender-crisp.
- 3Add garlic, ginger, and snap peas, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water in a small bowl.
- 5Return the turkey to the wok, pour in the sauce, and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
- 6Serve immediately over steamed rice or noodles.
