Turkey Burger with Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
- •1.5 lbs ground turkey
- •1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- •1 egg
- •1/4 cup diced onion
- •1 tsp salt
- •1/2 tsp black pepper
- •2 lbs sweet potatoes
- •2 tbsp olive oil
- •1 tsp paprika
- •4 hamburger buns
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut sweet potatoes into fries, toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper, then spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- 2While fries cook, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, diced onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl and form into 4 patties.
- 3Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook turkey burgers for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
- 4Toast the hamburger buns in the skillet or oven for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
- 5Assemble burgers on toasted buns with your desired toppings such as lettuce, tomato, and condiments, then serve immediately with hot sweet potato fries.
