Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. 1Preheat a waffle iron and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.
  2. 2Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
