- •2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, drained and patted dry
- •2 tablespoons wasabi powder
- •1 tablespoon soy sauce
- •1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- •1 tablespoon honey
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- •1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a small bowl, whisk together wasabi powder, soy sauce, oil, honey, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
- 3Toss the dried chickpeas with the wasabi mixture until evenly coated.
- 4Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- 5Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- 6Cool completely on the baking sheet before serving or storing in an airtight container.
