White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts, chopped

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. 2In a large bowl, beat butter and both sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, beating well.
  3. 3Gradually stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture until combined.
  4. 4Fold in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
  5. 5Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  6. 6Bake for 9-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
