White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

Ingredients
- •2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- •1 tsp baking soda
- •1 tsp salt
- •1 cup butter, softened
- •3/4 cup granulated sugar
- •3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- •2 large eggs
- •2 tsp vanilla extract
- •2 cups white chocolate chips
- •1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts, chopped
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- 2In a large bowl, beat butter and both sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, beating well.
- 3Gradually stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture until combined.
- 4Fold in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- 5Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- 6Bake for 9-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
