Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- 3Season fish with salt and pepper; cook 3 minutes until just opaque, then set aside.
- 4Sauté spinach in same skillet until wilted, about 2 minutes.
