- •1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- 2In a large bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- 3In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, and egg until combined.
- 4Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined; fold in blueberries gently.
- 5Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
- 6Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 7Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
