Wonton Noodle Soup
Silky wontons filled with pork and shrimp swim in a savory broth with springy egg noodles and fresh bok choy.

Ingredients
- •8 oz ground pork
- •4 oz shrimp, minced
- •2 tbsp soy sauce
- •1 tbsp sesame oil
- •1 tsp sugar
- •20 wonton wrappers
- •6 cups chicken broth
- •8 oz fresh egg noodles
- •2 cups bok choy, chopped
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tbsp ginger, minced
- •2 green onions, sliced
Directions
- 1Mix ground pork, shrimp, 1 tbsp soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar in a bowl.
- 2Place 1 teaspoon filling in center of each wonton wrapper, wet edges with water, fold in half, then bring corners together and pinch to seal.
- 3Bring chicken broth to boil in a large pot with garlic and ginger.
- 4Add wontons to boiling broth and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float to the surface.
- 5Cook egg noodles separately according to package directions, then drain.
- 6Add cooked noodles and bok choy to the broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes until bok choy is tender.
- 7Stir in remaining 1 tbsp soy sauce and divide soup among bowls.
- 8Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
