Wonton Soup
Delicate pork-filled wontons swimming in a savory, aromatic broth with fresh vegetables and green onions.

Ingredients
- •1/2 pound ground pork
- •2 tablespoons soy sauce
- •1 tablespoon sesame oil
- •1 teaspoon minced ginger
- •2 cloves minced garlic
- •24 wonton wrappers
- •6 cups chicken broth
- •2 cups bok choy, chopped
- •2 green onions, sliced
- •1 teaspoon white pepper
Directions
- 1Mix ground pork with soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
- 2Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper, wet the edges with water, fold into a triangle, then bring corners together.
- 3Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot.
- 4Add wontons to boiling broth and stir gently. Cook for 5-7 minutes until wontons float to the surface.
- 5Add bok choy and white pepper, simmer for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- 6Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
