Yakisoba

Ingredients
- •8 oz ramen or yakisoba noodles
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- •1 medium onion, sliced
- •1 medium carrot, julienned
- •1 cup cabbage, chopped
- •3 tablespoons soy sauce
- •2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- •1 tablespoon sugar
- •1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •2 tablespoons bonito flakes
- •1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Directions
- 1Cook the noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- 2Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and rice vinegar in a small bowl to create the yakisoba sauce.
- 3Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4Add onion, carrot, and cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 5Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together for 2 minutes.
- 6Pour the yakisoba sauce over the noodles and vegetables, mixing thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until well coated and noodles are slightly crispy.
- 7Transfer to serving plates and top with bonito flakes and sesame seeds before serving.
