Yorkshire Puddings

Ingredients

- •4 eggs
- •1 1/2 cups whole milk
- •1/3 cup beef drippings
- •1 tsp salt
Directions
- 1Whisk flour and salt together, then whisk in eggs and milk until smooth.
- 2Rest the batter for 10 minutes while the oven heats to 450°F (230°C).
- 3Divide beef drippings among 12 muffin cups.
- 4Heat the pan for 5 minutes until the fat is very hot.
- 5Pour batter quickly into the hot cups.
- 6Bake for 18–20 minutes without opening the oven until deeply risen and crisp.
